The effects of Dynamic® taping on vertical jumps in adolescent volleyball players with low medial longitudinal arch

Taping has long been used by health professionals to provide mechanical support for the musculoskeletal system. However, there is insufficient evidence demonstrate effect of Dynamic® taping. The aim this study was investigate taping on vertical jump and medial longitudinal arch height in adolescent volleyball players with navicular drop. Material Methods: 23 female athletes participated (mean age 15.22 ± 1.54 years). evaluated drop test. Vertical jumping measured VERT® device (Mayfonk Athletic, USA). On first day, were without a tape, next day re-evaluated on. All jumped eight different surfaces.
